Terms of Service for the OptimCall Pipedrive App

Effective Date: July 11, 2025.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you, either an individual or an entity (“Customer” or “you”), and OptimSys s.r.o., a company incorporated under the laws of the Czech Republic with its registered office at Domovina 752/8, 77900 Olomouc, company registration number 26833972, VAT number CZ26833972 (“Provider”, “we”, or “us”).

These Terms govern your use of the OptimCall Pipedrive App (the “App”), which integrates the OptimCall phone system with the Pipedrive CRM platform. These Terms apply solely to the App and do not govern the use of the core OptimCall service, which is subject to separate terms provided by Provider.

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

The App enables you to link your OptimCall account with Pipedrive, providing CRM-integrated features such as real–time call alerts, click-to-call, SMS messaging, and automatic logging of communication activities.

2. Eligibility & Requirements

To use the App, you must:

• Have an active Pipedrive account;
• Have an active OptimCall account with the Pipedrive integration enabled; and
• Agree to these Terms and comply with application policies of both OptimCall and Pipedrive.

3. License & Access

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App within your Pipedrive environment, solely for internal business purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

4. Support & Updates

5. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time via your Pipedrive account. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the integration, or lose access to your OptimCall account.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Functionality is not guaranteed and use is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Modifications to Terms

These Terms may be updated or modified at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
